Our website is hosted on fully managed servers at a managed server facility where they are scanned continuously for intrusions and vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. No personal information is collected or transferred directly through the pages of our website so currently we do not employ the use of SSL on those pages. Any pages where transactions or transfer of information occurs is provided via third parties through secure SSL connections to external page, services and servers. We do not collect or store any personal information on our website.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:

  1. We will notify you via email within 7 business days

  2. We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:

  • Register and login to our web site if you are a member

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or question.

To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses. Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.

  • Include the physical address of our site headquarters.

Google Adsense and Analytics

We do not use cookies to track visitors or visitor interaction to our website, although cookies may be used by third parties such as Google in conjunction with products like Google Analytics. It is not necessary to have cookies enabled in order to view our website, although they may be required when interacting through third party vendors, and/or during the transaction process.

Opting Out


Visitors who receive our newsletter can opt out by clicking a line in the email they receive or by contacting us via email with a request to be removed from our mailing lists.
